- Easily prepare three shapes of pasta: lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini
- Adjustment knob with 10 clear positions for desired pasta thickness
- Compatible with the separately available Pastadrive motor to eliminate hand-cranking and provide greater flexibility where the machine is used
- Easy to clean. The resin scrapers naturally clean the rollers during use. Clean off remaining dough residue with a dry cleaning brush after sitting out for at least 30 minutes
