• Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete – Premium EVOO from our family groves in Lasithi, Crete, Greece. 100% Koroneiki olives, hand picked and cold pressed below 80.6°F (27°C) by mechanical means only. Pure, natural olive oil with nothing added.
• Rich in Polyphenols & Low Acidity – Naturally rich in polyphenols and monounsaturated fats, with natural vitamin E from the olives. Bright yellow-green color, rich aroma and a fresh, fruity taste with a light peppery finish, all natural signs of a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
• Traditional Family Production – Our olives are harvested from November to early December, then sorted and pressed right away at our family facilities in Lasithi, Crete, using the traditional methods passed down in our family. Cold pressed with no chemicals and no hot water, so the oil keeps its natural flavor and freshness.
