Common Ways To Use:
This essential oil starter kit is suitable for diffusion, vaporizer, inhalation, oil burner, massage, perfume, home care, cleaning, spa, and more! Here are some quick and easy sample recipes.
1.Diffusion:
Place 10 drops your favorite essential oils for diffuser. Close lid. Press "on" and let the aroma fill the room.
2.Bath:
When you feel sore all over, add 10 drops of Lavender essential oil, 5 drops of Peppermint essential oil, 5 drops of Orange, 1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt into a water-filled bathtub, and sit inside for at least 15 minutes.
3.Home:
For a fresh linen spray, mix 1oz water, 3 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil, 3 drops of Lemon, 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Tea Tree essential oil, 3 drops of Peppermint in a 2oz spray bottle. Spray on bed sheets, blanket, and/or pillows.
4.Cleaning:
Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wood flooring. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and 10 drops lemon essential oil.
