• Works for both Lee-Enfield No.4 rifles and No.5 (Jungle Carbines) with original rear sight base and charger bridger. The No.4 and No.5 have aperture sights that located at the back of the receiver. The rear sight base looks like two "ears" after the rear sight leaf is removed and the bridge charge guide is in front of the rear sight.
• NOTE: does NOT fit any other Lee-Enfield models such as SMLE and No.1. If your rifle's rear sight is in front of the receiver, or if it was "sporterized" (e.g. rear sight base cut or charge guide removed), this scope mount will NOT work.
