If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, LifeProof will replace the case only. PLEASE NOTE: LifeProof cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse or improper installation, or improper care and maintenance of case and o-ring or gasket seals. LifeProof warranty does not, under any circumstance, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the case. IMPORTANT: LifeProof water tests every single case before it leaves the factory. However, this case is not indestructible and should be used with care. Case or device may be damaged by drops from less than tested height — particularly on non-smooth surfaces. We do not warranty that this case will protect your device in all circumstances — user exposes their device to hazards at own risk. User must follow all installation, maintenance, and operating instructions carefully for water, dust, and shock protection. Ensure all seals are properly closed before exposure to dust or liquids. After major impacts, ensure complete closure and inspect case for damage, it is also recommended that the water test be performed without the device inside before exposing to wet environments.
