This Legris 0109 90-degree elbow compression tube fitting is made of brass, has a metric tube connection and a metric male NPT threaded connection, and is suitable for high-temperature, pressure and vacuum applications. This 90-degree elbow fitting, or "ell," connects a tube to a female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threaded fitting to change the direction of flow between the two tubes. The NPT threads create a tighter seal than straight threads. It is made of brass for corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability, and has an operating pressure rating range of 200 to 500 pounds per square inch (psi) at a temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees F.
