- Extremely active compact bleaching powder cream.
- Its homogeneous and stable nonvolatile formula prevents powder from forming during mixing.
- Contains strong bleaching active agents that achieve greater lightening while respecting the hair fibers.
- Intensely bleaches up to 8 real shades.
Dilution 1:2 with Collage Hydrox developer 10V, 20V, 30V, 40V, or with Gloss Emulsion Long Lasting 6V. Apply to roots or ends with a brush. For maximum lightening, Collage Hydrox 40V can be used. We recommend 45-60' exposure time depending on the level of lightening desired.
