• 63A Power for Shop Projects: Cut mild steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum and copper for brackets, patch panels and custom metalwork. On 220/240V, output reaches 63A for up to 3/4 in. clean cuts and 1 in. severance. Results depend on material, thickness, air supply and cutting speed.
• Non-Touch Pilot Arc: Blowback, non-HF starting initiates the arc without touching the workpiece. Cut expanded metal and uneven surfaces, with adjustable pilot arc time to suit the job. A practical fit for farm repairs, automotive restoration and general fabrication.
• Drag Cutting for Templates and Metal Art: With LOTOS DC6309 drag-cut consumables installed, guide the torch along the workpiece to follow straightedges, trace templates or cut freehand shapes. DC6309 is sold separately and is not included with this machine.
• Dual Voltage and Clear Controls: Use 110/120V for lighter work with up to 35A output, or 220/240V for up to 63A. The LED display, 2T/4T trigger modes and adjustable post-flow help you set up for the job. Requires a correctly rated circuit and an external supply of clean, dry compressed air.
• Portable Setup and U.S. Support: Includes a 14 ft. torch, ground clamp with cable, standard consumables and manual. A pre-installed 1/4 in. NPT Type D air fitting simplifies connection to your compressor. LOTOS provides U.S.-based support and a 3-year limited warranty; terms apply.
