Kosmos Q Turkey Brine Soak Spice Mix, 16 Oz

• FLAVOR PACKED BRINE BASE: Brown sugar brings a gentle sweetness while Worcestershire powder and a curated blend of garlic, onion and pepper deepen the savory note, giving every turkey from backyard smoker to holiday oven roast a balanced taste profile without overpowering the natural poultry character.
• MOISTURE RETENTION MADE SIMPLE: When dissolved at 1 cup per gallon of water this mix creates an ideal salt concentration that lets proteins pull in liquid, helping meat stay juicy through long smoke sessions, high heat frying or steady oven baking, so slices carve cleanly and remain tender on the table.
• STRAIGHTFORWARD PREP, CONSISTENT RESULTS: Stir the dry brine into cold water, submerge your bird for about one hour per pound, rinse, then air-dry before cooking; the blend dissolves quickly with no gritty residue, making it convenient for weeknight dinners and large holiday gatherings alike.
• NOT JUST FOR TURKEY: The balanced salt-sweet-spice profile also complements chicken quarters, pork loin, shrimp or even vegetables headed for the grill, making one bag a versatile staple in the barbecue arsenal and a practical choice for cooks who like experimenting with flavor combinations.
• CRAFTED BY BARBECUE ENTHUSIASTS: Developed and repeatedly refined in competition circuits, this recipe reflects countless test cooks and real world feedback, delivering reliable flavor you can count on whether you’re mastering your first holiday centerpiece or refining your signature smokehouse style.
