Layer Plus Centering/Piercing Tool 9"x 9"- This Clear acrylic, "L" shaped, tool lets you say good bye to the frustration of ruined projects because of wonky, ill-centered, layers. Tool is clearly marked with inches and fractions down to 1/16", enabling you to easily center your layers. The outside edge has small holes every 1/4" for marking faux stitching or piercing for real.
