Soucy: "This everyday basic calls for worsted or D.K. weight yarn at a gauge of 5 stitches to the inch. Directions are given for waist or tunic length. Finished chest measurements are 34 to 50 inches." The versatility of having the choice of cropped or tunic length is lovely, and both are easy (no waist shaping or side slits are specified, though you could certainly add them if you liked). Sleeve length is customizable too; you can stick with the upper arm coverage specified here, or work down even further to a 3/4 sleeve. Knitted mostly in the round after the neckline is complete.
