- 3 pound bag of high grade Kishu binchotan lump charcoal, perfect for grilling - Natural & chemical free
- Binchotan charcoal (Japanese Oak) from Kishu, Japan is the highest grade
- Consists of Kirimaru (2/3 bag) and Kowari (1/3 bag) binchotan charcoal. Kirimaru charcoal is thicker and not split and Kowari is thinner and split
- Kirimaru charcoal is longer lasting, but Kowari is better for starting fires
- Charcoal is reusable if properly used and stored (see below description for complete usage and storage instructions)
