Smartly designed and versatile enough to cover just about all of your travel needs, the expandable, modular Ascender 22 bag with detachable, rolling chassis is the foundation of Kelty's new Travel line. Supremely adaptable, the Ascender 22 expands from a 40-liter carry-on size to 55- and 70-liter checked bag sizes. Stow-away shoulder straps allow this bag to be carried like a backpack, with or without the chassis, for easy hauling on the trail, across sandy beaches, or along cobble stone streets. The padded bottom, sides and top give your valuables some protection along the way while the internal compression and stash pocket keep your gear secure and organized. The Ascender 22 chassis is also compatible with the water-resistant Ascender WR Duffel and gear-friendly Ascender Trunk bags (each sold separately) to give you all the storage and organization you'll need for any travel scenario.
