Prevent Ice Damage: 3/4 Horse Power Kasco deicer is engineered to prevent ice formation in water bodies, keeping up to a 45 to 85ft diameter of open, ice-free water depending on Air temperature. Marine Deicer includes built-in thermal overload protection, a 50 ft Electric power cord and 2 (20ft) suspension ropes.
High Performance: This deicer is specifically designed with a high efficiency motor and propeller with 1750 rpm that creates a directional flow of water. This pushes warm bottom water to the surface and provides an ice-free area of protection around your boat, dock, pier, or other in-water property.
Safe & Easy Installation: Our pond deicer is easy to install and comes with a comprehensive instruction manual. It is ETL approved to CS A and UL standards to ensure your safety. Simply plug into a 120V outlet and enjoy your beautiful fountain display. Optional universal dock mounting systems are available, as well as more powerful 1/2 and 1 HP unit sizes.

The high-performance motor in the 3400D de-icer creates large amounts of water flow that will prevent ice formation and protect property from the damages of ice jacking and ice expansion pressure. The unit will also allow oxygen to enter the water in the winter providing improved water quality and habitat and helping avoid devastating winterkill of fish. A single 3400D unit can keep a circle of water open up to 75 ft. in diameter. The 3400D is available in 120V (60Hz), 240V (60Hz) or 220V (50Hz) power configurations. All units come with two 20' (6m) mooring lines; optional mounting systems including a universal dock/pier mount, industrial dock/pier mount, or a horizontal float are available. Thermostat and timer controllers are also available to help you save power and improve your de-icerâ€™s performance.
