• More room to progress: The MAX version provides greater loading space than PRO, making it the better choice for experienced mace athletes who want to advance from lighter mobility work into demanding strength and conditioning sessions.
• Train beyond fixed resistance: Add compatible exercise bands for accommodating tension or use the offset plate load by itself to challenge grip endurance, shoulder control, core stability, coordination, and full-body movement.
