Constructed of durable clear acrylic this ruler is screen printed and tightly controlled for quality ensuring the utmost in accuracy. Use to fussy-cut specific patterns or motifs. 8 1/2'' exterior square and 4 1/2" interior square with teardrops for easy rotary cutting.
