• CORELESS BRAIDED DESIGN – STEADY FLAME: LX 20 candle making wicks features a coreless, flat-braided cotton construction with stabilizing threads designed to support a steady flame and efficient combustion in paraffin and vegetable waxes. These wicks for candles curls slightly during burning to self-trim and help keep the flame centered for an even melt pool.
• LX 20 PERFORMANCE – MANUFACTURER TEST DATA: Test cotton candle wicks data indicates an approximate rate of consumption of 0.22 oz/hr, flame height of 1.5 inches, and melt-pool width of approximately 2.3 inches. Actual burn performance may vary depending on wax, fragrance, dye, vessel size, and complete candle formulation.
• PRE-WAXED & PRE-TABBED – EASY SETUP: 6-inch pre-tabbed candle wicks arrives pre-waxed and pre-tabbed for convenient candle preparation. The vegetable-wax primer is designed to promote adhesion and ignition, while the metal sustainer tab helps keep the wick upright and positioned during wax pouring. Trim the wicks for candle making to suit your vessel depth.
• VERSATILE MEDIUM WICK – MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS: Our cotton candle wicks for candle making designed for medium candle projects including containers, pillars, votives, and tealights. Suitable for commonly used waxes such as soy, paraffin, coconut, beeswax, and blended formulations.
