- Fabric Compatibility: Ideal for coloring cellulosic fibers including cotton, linen, canvas, hemp, jute, ramie, sisal, paper, and rayon. Can also be used with protein fibers when acidified.
- Superior Bonding: As a fiber-reactive dye, Procion MX forms a covalent bond with fibers, making it the most permanent and washfast of all dyestuffs.
- Cold Water Activation: Unlike many dyes that require heat, Procion MX dyes are 'cold water dyes', allowing for convenient use away from the stovetop. Perfect for backyard dyeing, batik, tie-dye, shibori, and more.
