The OmniBlend blender motor base and all jar parts purchased together is covered by a 5 year limited warranty beginning on the verified date of purchase. The blade and drive socket is covered by a 2 year warranty. Our warranty covers against any leakage or breakage resulting from any defects in materials or workmanship, or from general wear and tear under regular home usage. (Please refer to the manual for proper usage and warnings.) Under these conditions, we will replace the product or any components free of charge. Does not apply to products that have been used in commercial or in non-household applications. Does not cover cosmetic changes, such as discoloration. Does not cover improper usage or product abuse which can result in deterioration of the blade, drive socket, or bearings. Also does not cover products that have undergone improper maintenance, accidents (such as a fire), product tampering, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
