Black felt top hat, this top hat is produced exclusively for JJMS Trading Ltd, the hat has is of a thick felt / Satin construction and is hard and resists crushing quite well, there is a black 1 1/2 Inch Satin band at the bottom of the rim. The hat rim is finished with a stitched edging. The hat is intended as a prop for fancy dress costumes or stage play.
