• Versatile Cast Iron Takoyaki & Aebleskiver Pan – Perfect for making authentic Japanese takoyaki (octopus balls), Danish aebleskiver pancakes, stuffed mushrooms, and more with evenly cooked, crispy results.
• Durable & Even Heat Distribution – Made from high-quality cast iron, this pan retains heat for superior cooking performance, ensuring consistent browning and perfect spherical shapes.
• Compact & Precise Mold Size – Features 1-5/8 inch diameter and 3/4 inch deep hemispherical molds, ideal for takoyaki, stuffed mushrooms, pancake puffs, and mini meatballs.
• Stovetop & Oven Compatible – Works on gas stoves, electric stovetops, open flame grills, and ovens, offering flexible cooking options for home kitchens and outdoor grilling.
• To properly season your cast iron takoyaki maker, start by scrubbing the skillet with hot, soapy water to remove any residues. Once cleaned, dry it thoroughly to prevent rust. Next, rub a thin, even layer of cooking oil over the entire surface, including the molds and edges. Place the pan upside down in a preheated oven at 375°F and bake it for one hour. After baking, allow the skillet to cool completely inside the oven before handling. This seasoning process helps create a natural nonstick surface and enhances the pan’s durability.
