Ion-Bond Armor penetrates deep into concrete (up to 2 inches) and forms a waterproof elastomeric barrier inside the concrete, leaving no film or color on the surface. Permanently waterproofs concrete against surface water and negative side water pressure. Greatly reduces infiltration of water vapor and gases. Use for waterproofing and damp-proofing basements, foundation slabs, retaining walls, and for sealing concrete slabs before installing flooring. Able to penetrate through one layer of latex paint to seal the concrete below (not guaranteed). Leaves the surface paintable. Easy and safe spray-on application. Coverage depends on surface porosity. Typical coverage: Poured concrete: 1000 sq. ft. / 5 gal. pail Concrete blocks: 700 sq. ft. / 5 gal. pail Cinder or split face blocks: 500-700 sq. ft. / 5 gal. pail. IMPORTANT: ION-BOND ARMOR IS A NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT. IT HAS A 45-DAY SHELF LIFE FROM THE DATE OF THE SHIPMENT.
