• FOR 5 HP SINGLE-PHASE UNITS: Designed for Ingersoll Rand reciprocating compressors including the 2340 and TS4 in the 5 HP single-phase configuration. Check your model plate before ordering — the three phase version is a different part number.
• 135 PSIG CUT-IN, 175 PSIG CUT-OUT: Factory-set operating range, so the compressor cycles where Ingersoll Rand designed it to.
• INCLUDES UNLOADER VALVE: Releases head pressure at shutdown so the motor restarts against no load, the single most common cause of tripped breakers on reciprocating units.
• SIDE SHUT-OFF SWITCH INCLUDED: Manual on/off lever on the side of the switch body for service isolation without pulling power at the panel.
• NEMA TYPE 1 ENCLOSURE: Genuine OEM part 23474653.
