• ADJUSTS 0-90 DEG, ONE BOLT LOCKS IT - The pivot takes a 1/2 in bolt. Set the angle, tighten, and it stays. No extra parts. Roof pitch, knee braces and solar rail tilt all work off the same fitting.
• HOT-DIP GALVANIZED, NOT ELECTROPLATED - The whole part goes into molten zinc, so the coating reaches into the hole walls and the sheared edges. Built for outdoor, coastal and washdown exposure where bright electroplated parts give out first.
• SLIPS OVER 1-5/8 IN STRUT - Upright channel measures 1-11/16 in (42.6 mm) inside, a 1.33 mm slip fit over standard 1-5/8 in strut. Base 149 x 66.9 mm, 152 mm tall, 5.1 mm plate. 2.66 lb (1208 g) per piece.
• 14 MM HOLES, 1/2 IN BOLTS DROP RIGHT THROUGH - Holes run a full 14 mm, so a 1/2 in (12.7 mm) bolt passes with about 1.3 mm to spare. No reaming, no hammering. Bolts and channel nuts sold separately.
