Highland Hope Creations White Portland Cement Type 1 | Pure Cement Powder | Small Batch Crafting & Casting | Make Your Own Custom Concrete Mix | 2.2LB

• YOUR MIX. YOUR FORMULA. YOUR FINISH — FOR EVERY SKILL LEVEL: Whether you're a first-time crafter curious about concrete or an experienced studio artist developing your own signature blend, this is where creative freedom starts. Pure White Portland Cement Type 1 — the professional-grade base ingredient behind every great white concrete casting — now available in a crafter-friendly 2.2lb packet. No bulk bag. No commercial commitment. Just pure potential.
• THE WHITEST BASE YOU CAN BUILD FROM — PERIOD: Standard grey Portland cement produces dull, lifeless results no matter what you add to it. White Portland Cement Type 1 is fundamentally different — it starts bright and stays bright through the cure. Whether you're adding your own aggregates, pigments, marble powder, or silica sand, you're building on the cleanest possible white foundation. Your colors will be truer. Your finish will be brighter. Your results will speak for themselves.
• EXPERIMENT FREELY — WITHOUT THE 100LB COMMITMENT: Until now, White Portland Cement Type 1 was only sold in 100lb commercial bags — completely impractical for home crafters, small studios, and anyone who wants to test and develop their own custom concrete recipes. Our 2.2lb packet changes that entirely. Buy what you need. Test your ratios. Refine your formula. Scale up when you're ready. Zero waste, zero bulk storage headaches.
• THE PROFESSIONAL INGREDIENT — ACCESSIBLE AT LAST: White Portland Cement Type 1 is the foundational ingredient used by professional concrete artists, sculptors, and architectural casting studios worldwide. It has never been available to individual crafters at a practical scale — until Highland Hope Creations. Same professional-grade cement. Same superior white result. Now in your hands, at a size that finally makes sense for your creative practice.
• PAIR IT, BLEND IT, MAKE IT YOURS: Use alone as a pure cement base, or combine with white silica sand, marble powder, perlite, or your own aggregates to develop a completely custom concrete mix. Accepts pigment, alcohol ink, acrylic stain, and concrete dye with exceptional color fidelity on the ultra white base. Perfect for planters, candle holders, coasters, sculptures, tiles, figurines, and architectural decor — the creative possibilities are entirely yours to define.
