Heavy Duty 2-Leaf Golf Cart Rear Spring Kit for EZGO RXV Gas&Electric 2008+

• 【Perfect Fitment · Easy Installation】Upgraded heavy-duty golf cart leaf spring kit is specifically designed to fit EZGO RXV 2008-Up gas and electric golf carts, ensuring a direct OEM replacement. The kit includes all necessary mounting hardware for a hassle‑free installation with the included user manual. (Note: Not compatible with EZGO TXT models. Please confirm your golf cart model and production year before purchase.)
• 【900Lbs Ultra Load Capacity · Eliminate Sagging】Upgrade to a reinforced 2‑leaf spring design that significantly increases your rear suspension’s load‑carrying ability. It effectively solves the common “rear end sagging” problem caused by worn‑out factory springs. Whether you add rear seats, haul cargo, or tow a trailer, these springs provide solid support and maintain a level ride
• 【Built to Last · Thicker & Stronger than OEM】Crafted from high‑tensile steel with a special anti‑rust coating, each leaf spring is thicker than most OEM equivalents for superior compressive strength and durability. This ensures outstanding impact resistance and long‑term reliability, even when driving on rough terrain like grass or sand
• 【Smooth Ride · Enhanced Handling】The optimized spring arch and high‑quality PU Compound bushings work together to absorb road shocks and reduce vibration, delivering a noticeably smoother ride. At the same time, the reinforced suspension improves lateral stability, giving you confident, agile handling even when the cart is fully loaded with passengers or cargo
• 【Complete Kit · Reliable After-Sales Support】Package includes: 2 × EZGO RXV Heavy Duty Rear Leaf Springs #603498 (Gas) / #604494 (Electric), 2 × U-Bolt #603415, 4 × Lock Nut #600025, 4 × Large PU Compound Bushing #620160, 4 × Small PU Compound Bushing #70291-G01, 4 × Seamless Metal Sleeves #620161, 1 × User Manual.
