Base material is hardened spring steel with full black phosphating surface treatment. Matte black phosphate layer isolates air and moisture to resist oxidation and mild corrosion, excellent wear resistance and toughness, not easy to deform after frequent installation & removal
Precision machined to DIN471 external circlip specifications, uniform inner diameter matches standard shaft grooves perfectly. Dual mounting lugs are designed for snap ring pliers, fast assembly and disassembly for narrow mounting spaces.
