HUNTLUX Ulu Knife with Sheath, 6" Damascus Steel Alaskan Kitchen Chopper for Vegetables, Herbs & Meat, Mezzaluna Rocker Blade for Pizza, Resin and Wood Handle, Inuit

• [THE ROCKING CUT DOES THE WORK] An ulu cuts by rocking rather than slicing, so your wrist stays still and your body weight does the cutting. Herbs, pizza, vegetables, cheese and cooked meat all go faster and with far less effort than a straight chef's blade.
• [ONE-HANDED AND ADAPTIVE] The motion needs no wrist rotation and very little grip strength, which is why ulus are widely recommended for arthritis, reduced hand strength and one-handed cooking. The handle sits directly above the edge so your force goes straight down.
• [DAMASCUS STEEL, RESIN AND WOOD] The blade is hand-forged food-grade Damascus with over 200 folded layers. The handle sets black, blue and orange resin against hardwood, so it grips wet and washes clean.
• [LEATHER SHEATH INCLUDED] A full-grain leather sheath covers the entire curved edge, so it is safe in a drawer and safe to hand to someone else. Hand wash and dry it; do not put it in the dishwasher.
• [AUTHENTIC INUIT DESIGN, BACKED BY HUNTLUX] The ulu shape has been used in the Arctic for thousands of years because it works. Yours arrives sharp with a care card. If anything is wrong with it, message us and we will put it right.
