Are you achieving the maximum fat burning results on your ketogenic or low carb diet? Do you track ketone levels after eating certain foods to monitor your insulin levels? If you have been on a low carb, ketogenic diet to lose weight and find that your weight loss has plateaued it is possible that you aren't achieving optimal ketosis. When your body is in a state of optimal ketosis it is burning stored fat in your body instead of glucose.

Do you have diabetes and track ketones in your urine to track insulin levels? Ketones indicate that your body is burning fat because there is not enough insulin to convert glucose to energy. This is good for keto dieters, but bad for diabetics who need glucose in their bodies.

Our test strips will help you achieve optimal ketosis by monitoring ketones in your urine. Getting the correct balance of fat and protein in your diet is important since excess protein turns to glucose that your body burns before fat.
