HOTYELL V60 Full Bullnose Diamond Hand Profiler, Profile Router Bit Wheel with 5/8''-11 Thread for Granite, Marble, Concrete and Countertop Edge (V60 (2-3/8''))
- 1. For 50mm (2") or 60mm (2-3/8'') thick full bullnose edge, suitable for polishers or grinders with 5/8"-11 thread spindle. Wet or dry usage, recommend speed 3500- 4000 RPM.
- 2. More Wear-Resistant: Coarse diamond grit 30/40, but our bullnose router bits have more diamond particles per unit area, so the grinding effect is better and more wear-resistant.
- 3. Faster Grinding: Using harder diamonds, the hardness can almost reach the highest level of 100GPa, making the grinding faster.
- 4. Latest High-temperature Vacuum Brazed Technology: In the brazing process, nickel-based active brazing filler metal is used to make the bond between the diamond and the matrix stronger, and the diamond particles will not fall off.
- 5. High-Carbon Steel Guide: Upgraded the guide from nylon to high carbon steel, more durable and assure the profiled edge straighter.
