• Safe cooking container: This container/lid is made from BPA free Polycarbonate, NSF approved for your sous vide cooking safety. It resists heat very well which helps keep even water temperature and prevent water evaporation. They are transparent so you know what's inside and surprisingly lightweight
• Collapsible Lid: The hinged lid could be collapsed to refill or remove foods or water. The lid has a cutout on one side, the cutout dimensions are 2.8 inches wide and 4 inches high
• Adjustable sous vide rack: The rack is hard to rust, and it does its best function of keeping the food bags from floating to ensure food is fully heated. It also puts some space between the bottom of the container and the food bags, and this elevation allows more circulation of the hot water. Includes 7 dividers - 5 are removable and 2 are built-in as holder
• Heat-resistant and insulated sous vide sleeve: This sous vide sleeve is made from high grade neoprene that prevents heat from dissipating through the sides. It efficiently stores heat so cooking time is lessened and fuel or electricity is saved
