- 6 Inch Measuring Depth: Measuring rod reaches up to 6 inches for checking bore variation at different depths. Ideal for mearsuing large cylinders, sleeves, housings, and engine components.
- SELF-CENTERING DESIGN: Spring-loaded contact points help center the gauge inside the bore for consistent comparative measurements. Gently rock the gauge back and forth to locate the minimum dial reading.
- CHECK BORE CONDITIONS: Designed for checking cylinder bore variation, taper, wear, and out-of-round conditions during engine rebuilding and machining. The chrome-plated shaft and insulated grip support comfortable shop use.
