If the HDMI BI-Direction Switch doesn't appear to be functioning:
Firstly, check if the LED power supply is in good condition and well connected.
Secondly, make sure all the cables are in good condition and have good connections.
Thirdly, ensure that the length of the cables is within maximum supported length of this HDMI Bi-Direction Swtich.
Finally, please try to connect the input source to the display, to see if it shows normal.
