• Created in Memory of Griff Graves: Our father and husband, Griff Graves, was the first and biggest fan of our toffee. We spent countless hours over the kitchen stove to create a toffee that he would love, and now, in his memory, we want to share it with you
• Traditional English Toffee Base: Our toffee begins with a layer of traditional English toffee spread thin and cut by hand into bite-sized squares. Each piece is coated on both sides with a top-secret blend of dark chocolates
• Unique Dark Chocolate Blend: Our toffee is coated with a precise blend of dark chocolates originally formulated in our home kitchen. Our unique blend highlights the buttery sweetness of the toffee center and balances the nutty flavor of the pecan finish
• Pecan Throughout for Texture and Flavor: We incorporate pecans throughout our toffee to give it a crispy texture and memorable nutty flavor. We also give our candy a light sprinkling of chopped pecans as the finishing touch that gives our pecan toffee its iconic look
• Supporting Ovarian Cancer Research: Established in memory of Dina Bray, Christy's mom and Mark's mother-in-law, who was Chapel Hill Toffee's biggest cheerleader and most tireless volunteer. In her memory, we give a portion of the sale of every box of toffee to the Dina's Dynasty Ovarian Cancer Fund
