Place pod(s) into the washing machine drum BEFORE adding clothes-DO NOT place pod(s) in dispenser. Front Loaders: Place pod(s) in the back of the drum first; add clothing. Top Loaders: place pod(s) in the washer drum first; add clothing. Avoid over stuffing the machine with laundry. This will ensure machine has enough space to provide the agitation required for the best clean.
