Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixer

Gourmet Pasta Press Attachment for KitchenAid Stand Mixer

• 7-in-1 Pasta Attachment: This pasta kitchen aid attachment includes 7 interchangeable plates for making spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni, fusilli, large macaroni and small macaroni. It allows you to prepare a variety of homemade pasta shapes with your KitchenAid stand mixer, giving you more options for everyday meals.
• Designed for Smooth Operation: Kitcehnaid pasta press includes a built-in cutter and pusher to guide dough through the press. For best results, use a standard pasta dough recipe, avoid overly wet or sticky dough, and break it into small, uniform pieces (about the size of a walnut) before feeding. This helps ensure consistent extrusion.
• Neatly Tucked Away: A storage case is included to keep the 7 pasta plates and small accessories neatly arranged. This helps prevent lost parts, keeps your kitchen space tidy, and makes the accessories easy to find when you need them.
• Wide Compatibility: This pasta maker kitchenaid attachment is designed to work with most Kitchenaid stand mixers. You can use your existing mixer to start making fresh pasta at home.
• With Cleaning Brush: The main unit can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The removable parts can be taken apart for cleaning, and a cleaning brush is included. The main unit should not be placed in water. Regular cleaning helps keep the attachment ready for your next use.
