- HOW MUCH TO USE: Mix 1 part syrup to 6 parts water for a full flavored glass, or up to 1 part in 8 if you like it lighter. That is 2 tablespoons, about 30ml, topped with 7 to 9 fl oz of sparkling water, lemonade or hot tea. There are roughly 17 servings of 2 tablespoons in each 16.9 fl oz bottle, so about 34 across the 2 pack. Start at 1 to 6 and taste it before adding more water, because past 1 in 8 the elderflower thins out. Keep an open bottle in the fridge and the spare one in the cupboard.
- POUR IT FOR EVERYONE: An alcohol free Hugo spritz tastes like the real one, so the driver, the guest who is pregnant and the teenager get the same glass as everybody else. One customer made it for her daughter's baby shower and told us it tasted exactly the same. This is an elderflower syrup for cocktails as much as for mocktails: add prosecco or gin when you want the alcohol, soda and a sprig of mint when you do not. Our customers also pour it into a lychee martini and an old fashioned.

A splash of elderflower syrup in your ice cream, custard, frosting, Eton mess or panna cotta, will take them from ordinary to outstanding. Chicken, fish and seafood also pair well with the refreshing flavor of elderflower products, so our elderflower cordial is just the thing to add some zing to your marinades and sauces, and salad dressings too.
