HEAVY DUTY KART STAND - FOLDS FOR EASY TRANSPORT - RLV 0016 RLV heavy duty Kart Stand frame is made from 1 1/4 inch heavy wall steel tube. Frame is powder coated black 4-ply nylon tire construction (50 p.s.i. max inflation) Front tires are 8 inch and swivel 360 degrees Rear tires are 10 inch pneumatic Tool tray included Fold down for easy storage Installation Notes: Unpack all the pieces and inspect Tighten the grease fittings on the swivels, if needed (do NOT over tighten) Grease the swivel bearings Grease the rear wheel spindles (bearing or axle grease will work) Front upright bar easy release pin goes in the upper hole Rear upright bar easy release pin goes is the lower hole Be careful not to over tighten the rear wheel (tight, but loose enough to allow easy wheel rotation)
