Global Crafts Hand Painted Taper Candles Set of 3 - Ocean Design, 9 in

• FERUZI OCEAN GEOMETRY: Feruzi takes its name from the meeting of two oceans at Cape Agulhas, and the design answers with geometric bands and vivid color inspired by African culture. Glitter embellishment catches the light across the painted surface, giving each taper movement even before the wick is lit. Every candle is individually hand poured and painted, so no two are quite alike.
• SYNTHETIC AND PARAFFIN WAX BLEND: The candles are poured from high quality synthetic and paraffin wax with a high melting point, which supports a long lasting burn. Fully refined wax, color pigments and natural wicks make up the build, and the tapers are unscented from end to end for indoor use. The blend is chosen to hold its shape and burn steadily through a long evening.
• THREE BOXED NINE INCH TAPERS: The set holds three candles, each 9 in tall and 0.75 in in diameter, packaged in a box that keeps the painted surfaces protected. The classic round shaft seats in ordinary taper holders, and the trio is well proportioned for a dinner table runner or a mantel arrangement. Each boxed set makes a striking addition to a home and a genuine conversation piece.
• COASTAL COLOR FOR GATHERINGS: Geometric tapers drawn from the sea work as a centerpiece for a wedding table, an anniversary dinner or a summer gathering, and they read just as well grouped on a sideboard. Because they carry no fragrance, they sit comfortably alongside a meal or a scented arrangement. The unique geometric designs give a dinner table something to talk about.
• ARTISANS ON THE SOUTHERN CAPE: The people who pour and paint these candles work in South Africa, hand finishing each geometric line rather than stamping it. Global Crafts holds membership in the Fair Trade Federation, and the fair trade principles behind the set keep that painting work a viable livelihood. Fair trade principles of community, cooperation and global harmony sit behind the range.
