Gays in confession...: who am I to judge?

Let us suppose that I am a priest, hearing confessions, and suddenly this gay asks me if he can keep a Christian life, receiving the sacraments, without renouncing to a homosexual relationship. Do I say: who am I to judge you? I don't think it's enough. It won’t be enough for that person, who will ask for our response. We’ll have to answer.
