Product Description

Pecan Shop Raw Unpasteurized Shelled Texas Native Pecans, Wild-Harvested and Tested Pesticide-Free Pecan Halves in Oxygen-Barrier Bag for Peak Freshness - 5 lb

Small Wild Halves, Deep Flavor - Wild Texas native pecans are naturally small with a rich, deep flavor. Note: if you prefer the larger commercially grown pecans, these may not be for you.
Wild-Grown and Unsprayed - Texas native pecan trees grow along rivers and are never sprayed with any products, including organic-approved sprays.
Unpasteurized - Processed without chemicals or high heat. Vegan, Paleo, and GAPS compliant. Free from peanuts, gluten, and dairy.
Freshness First - Bagged in USA oxygen barrier bags with oxygen removed. Refrigerate upon arrival. Date bagged and best-by on every bag.
Small Family Farm - Pecan Shop is a three-generation permaculture family farm. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts and seeds only.

Raw wild-harvested Texas native pecans, certified pesticide-free. Cured for best flavor, then kept at ideal temperature and humidity (not frozen) in shell. Shelled and shipped only as needed for maximum freshness. We ship halves, not pieces, for best longevity and freshness. Support our startup sustainable permaculture three generation family farm. Gluten-free, Non-GMO, Vegan and Paleo. Texas Native Pecans are the only thing we work with in our farm commercial kitchen, so no peanuts or other nuts ever come in our shop.
