Twenty two years ago, Captain Jan Robinson, sailing the Caribbean on her 60 foot yacht, found herself captured by the Virgin Islands and bought a house overlooking the sea. Her love of St. Thomas, the people and the food inspired her to write this, her ninth cookbook.
