This Flexcut Mini Chip 5/8 inch Carving Knife makes unwanted chipping in delicate cuts less likely. The knife is constructed with an smaller faceted ash handle designed for multiple gripping styles. The high carbon steel blade is made from ultra-thin material so as not to disturb adjacent wood for very delicate cut. The blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping. The blade comes honed, polished and ready to go.
