F. DICK – Premier Plus Filleting Knife Flex - Fillet knife with 7.1" flexible blade & 56 HRC - Ideal for filleting meat & fish - Ultra sharp - Stainless steel - Ergonomic handle - Made in Germany

• INDISPENSABLE: The filleting knife is mainly used for filleting meat and fish. The thin, fine and flexible blade enables easy filleting and the removal of skin and bones. Moreover, you can cut along the bone without jamming.
• CONVENIENT: The handle is extremely hard and also resistant against heat or acid. In addition, it adapts to your hand due to its ergonomic design, which allows fatigue-free work; ideal for frequent usage.
• PERFECTLY TUNED: 56° Rockwell (HRC) is the optimal compromise between long edge retention and easy resharpening. Anyone who uses their knife frequently will be pleased with this balance.
• UNPRECEDENTED SHARPNESS: The blade is designed for sharpness and is therefore ground extra slim. Like each of our knives, the Premier Plus series is made of high-alloy stainless steel.
• CRAFTSMANSHIP: All Premier Plus knives are forged and perfectly balanced. Already during the development of the knives, special emphasis was placed on the ideal weight distribution between blade and handle. Therefore, the knife feels so light and comfortable in your hand.
