LIMITED WARRANTY 1. Coverage We warrant that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 120 days from the date of receipt of the product. 2. Remedies If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, replace it with a new or equivalent product, or provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible. These remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law. 3. Exclusions This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Misuse, abuse, or accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear. 4. Implied Warranties To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
