2005 Marks the 50th Edition of the Fabulous Eurovision Song Contest, which Took Place in Kiev, who Hosted the Event for the First Time Following Ruslana's Winning Performance in Istanbul in 2004. Eurovision 2005 Set a New Record with 39 Participating Countries. All 36 Countries from Last Year have Returned as Well as New Participants from Bulgaria, Hungary and Moldova.
