Product Description
Eurotubes “EuroDamper” Tube Damper Rings Extra Large for 6550, KT66, KT88, 300B and 2A3 Power Tubes. One Pair.
- Custom made from special soft durometer hi-temp silicone
- These will reduce or eliminate tube rattle in most all combo amps
- For large Power Tubes including 6550, KT66, KT88, 300B and 2A3
- Largest and most effective vacuum tube dampers made
- These WILL NOT fit 6V6, 6L6, EL34, KT77, 6CA7. For those tubes you need the EuroDamper Large size.
The soft custom durometer used in the "EuroDamper" rings physically dampens vibrations caused by speaker vibration in combo amps. This greatly reduces or in most cases eliminates tube rattle. These are also great for reducing mechanical noise in Hifi amps. The Extra large "EuroDamper" rings measure 1.450" inside diameter for a snug fit on 6550, KT66 and KT88 power tubes as shown. The OD measures 2.150" and the thickness measures .375"
