Made from durable heavy-weight melamine plastic, this tray was designed to stand up to the demands of a commercial food service environment making it ideal for restaurant and home use. The melamine construction eliminates the need for hand washing and seasoning required of traditional Wooden dishes. The trays are safe for use up to 212 Degrees Fahrenheit, resistant to food acids and dishwasher safe for easy maintenance. The trays are not approved for use in microwave ovens.
