- Compatibility: Compatible with 2010-2019 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 pickup trucks that have the OEM puck system installed; Accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554)
- Includes: Comes with (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware
