• Dimension: Adjustable Inner Band-inner diameter range is 2.39" to 2.5", connect two 2.5 inch equal Outside Diameter pipes. For 2.5 Inch Outside Diameter Tubes Only. Width of strap: 3.35inch /85mm, thickness of strap: inner approx 0.8 mm, outer approx 1.2mm.
• Adjustable Inner Band: Loosen the inner ring to ID 2.5"—this is the recommended maximum loosening dimension; over-loosening affects locking performance. When inner ring fully tightened, inner diameter is 2.39"/60.73mm.
• Material: 304 Stainless steel band, 304 stainless steel M10 bolt and nut, steel gasket, aluminum alloy I-block, resistant to corrosion and rusting.
• Feature: Double-layer structure design, thicker and stronger. Provide 360°equal distribution of the clamping force to prevent leaks without distorting pipe.
• Easy to Install: Designed with a bolt and nut construction, no welding required, easy to install or remove. If the tube is locked tight enough that you don't have to keep screwing it. The gap next to the I-shaped aluminum block is normal and does not affect function. (The nut can not hand thread all the way up the bolt, you need to use a tool, please wear gloves during installation to prevent injury.)
• Application: Effectively connect catalytic converters, exhaust ports, exhaust manifolds, exhaust resonators, exhaust flex pipes, and muffler repair.
